  • From Day 1, our planners work closely with you to ensure a successful event, regardless of its type. We guide you through the entire planning process, assisting with venue selection, vendor contract negotiation, timeline creation, budget management, customized décor, and on-the-day execution. We understand that planning an event involves many details, big or small, and we handle each one with expertise!

    Our professional coordinators provide event management services on the day of your event. Typically, they begin working with clients 1-2 months before the event. This is a cost-effective option for those managing most details themselves and looking to save money, as this service can be up to 50% less than hiring a full event planner.

    A venue manager is a resource employed by the venue, serving as the main point of contact for anything related to the venue. They ensure that all rules and guidelines are followed. Our professional event planners and coordinators collaborate closely with the venue manager to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible.

  • Of course! We’d love to collaborate with your existing vendors to make sure every detail of your special event is perfectly executed. Plus, we maintain a list of preferred vendors ready to help if you’re still on the lookout. Together, we can create an unforgettable experience that fits both your budget and your unique style.   • We’d love to help you find the perfect level of support! The best way to get started is to reach out and schedule a complimentary consultation with us. In this chat, we’ll discuss your vision, determine how involved you’d like to be in the planning process and go over the details of your event. With that information, we can suggest the options that fit you best. And if you’d like something a little different, we’re more than happy to customize a package just for you because we understand that every event is unique, and we're here to make it perfect for you!

  • The timing really depends on the size and nature of the event, but we recommend starting your planning as early as possible. For weddings, especially during certain seasons, venues tend to get booked well in advance, so it is crucial to secure a venue early. We can start collaborating with you as soon as you have an idea for your event, allowing us to get the ball rolling and ensure there's ample time to arrange everything properly. Our goal is to assist you not only in securing the venue but also in booking other vendors, such as caterers, photographers, DJs, and more, ahead of time. Starting early also provides flexibility in case any changes need to be made.

  • Our pricing is customized based on the specific services you need. We provide a variety of options to suit your requirements, ranging from basic packages to luxury decor. We take pride in offering competitive pricing. Currently, we have a special promotion: a 10% discount for new customers booking a wedding or any other event with us in 2025-2026 if you secure your booking before March 1, 2025. Take advantage of this opportunity!

  • Depending on the event, a 25% retainer is usually required upon signing the contract to secure your date. The remaining balance will be divided into installments based on the package and services you select, with the final payment due before the event day.  We accept payments through our online system using a credit card or bank authorization. Additionally, we also accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.

  • Our contract details our cancellation policy; however, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need a refund for a canceled event, it’s best to contact your planner immediately to discuss your options, especially before any additional services or products are ordered. We believe it’s essential for all parties to understand their obligations and responsibilities. This greatly contributes to maintaining professionalism and ensuring our customers are always satisfied with our services. As specialists in event planning, we completely understand your concerns.
