Love, Laughter & La Dolce Vita: An Italian Bridal Shower

We had the absolute pleasure of designing and styling a breathtaking Italian-inspired bridal shower for Alexandria on March 21 at Fox Valley Country Club—and what an unforgettable celebration it was!

With the bride and groom planning their wedding in Italy, our goal was to bring the romance, warmth, and charm of the Italian coast right here to Western New York. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to reflect the spirit of La Dolce Vita.

Guests were welcomed with a custom-designed seating chart inspired by the beauty of Sorrento, Italy. Featuring a scenic coastal backdrop, luggage tags with guest names and table numbers were delicately displayed—setting the tone for a travel-inspired celebration from the moment guests arrived.

The room was transformed with long guest tables dressed in red and white gingham linens layered with soft burlap runners for that perfect rustic Italian feel. Each table featured charming centerpieces including fresh red roses, basil plants in terracotta pots, and even playful touches like spaghetti-filled vases—bringing in authentic Italian elements in a fun and elevated way.

At each place setting, guests found thoughtfully prepared bridal shower game packets, encouraging laughter, interaction, and a lively atmosphere throughout the event. Winners were invited to select from a beautifully styled prize table filled with curated gifts.

One of the highlights? The bride’s signature cocktail—the Sorrento Spritz—which guests sipped and enjoyed as they celebrated together.

A romantic “Bride to Be” backdrop adorned with a lush red, white, and greenery floral garland created the perfect photo moment, capturing memories that will last a lifetime.

From the custom signage and dessert styling to the cohesive design details throughout the space, this event was truly a celebration of love, family, and the joy of bringing a destination wedding theme to life.
