Allison & Justin's wedding at Bear Ridge Destination Resort was the perfect blend of rustic elegance, timeless romance, and thoughtful personal touches. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the property, they celebrated with family and friends in a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflected their love story from beginning to end.
At Memories Made by Brenda, we were honored to provide wedding coordination, décor styling, setup, and wedding day management. Every detail was thoughtfully planned to create a seamless experience, allowing Allison & Justin to relax and truly enjoy every moment of their celebration.
Our design centered around lush greenery garlands, abundant candlelight, and delicate pearl fairy lights that transformed each reception table into a warm, romantic gathering place for family and friends. Personalized welcome signage, signature drink displays, a beautifully styled sweetheart table, and an elegant dessert display all came together to create an unforgettable guest experience while complementing the rustic charm of the venue.
One of our favorite personal touches was the custom cocktail napkins featuring the couple's beloved dog, Alita, who just happened to share her birthday with their wedding day—a detail that brought smiles to everyone throughout the celebration.
We were fortunate to work alongside an outstanding team of vendors who helped bring Allison & Justin's vision to life. A special thank you to Cali's West Catering for an incredible dining experience, Meant to Bee Flower Farm for the beautiful floral designs, Millennium Sound for keeping the celebration flowing from ceremony through the last dance, and Photos by Megan Elizabeth for capturing every meaningful moment of the day.
