What started as a completely blank, industrial space was transformed into “Thomann Stadium” for a one-of-a-kind graduation celebration honoring Josie and Isaac.
With a love of music at the heart of the design, we created an event that felt part graduation party, part concert, and part VIP experience. From the moment guests arrived, every detail helped set the scene. Guests entered through our VIP entrance, walked the red carpet, received VIP bracelets and stepped into a space completely transformed for the celebration.
The music theme carried throughout the event with custom-designed décor, signage and centerpieces featuring real vintage vinyl records, microphones, balloons and gold accents. One of our favorite design elements was the custom Rolling Stone-inspired backdrop, created especially for Josie and Isaac and used as the backdrop for the live band.
And the entertainment became even more memorable when Josie took the stage and performed with the band!
Guests enjoyed BBQ catered by Southern Junction, along with a popcorn and appetizer station, a colorful candy bar, fresh fruit display and a dessert table filled with custom-ordered cookies and sweets. Little Sippers joined the celebration with their beverage trailer, serving lemonade for the kids and beer for the adults.
A custom balloon installation by Balloon Barbie, complete with oversized illuminated “2026” numbers, created a standout photo spot, while our cozy VIP Lounge gave the teens their own place to relax, hang out and enjoy the party.
From the custom graduation signage and Polaroid guest books to the music-inspired tablescapes, dessert displays and little details throughout the space, this celebration was designed to feel personal to both graduates.
The venue may have been an unconventional space when we started, but that was part of the fun. With a little imagination, a lot of planning and plenty of custom details, we transformed it into Thomann Stadium - a graduation celebration created especially for Josie and Isaac and a night their family and friends could truly enjoy.
